Yosemite National Park 2015
At the top of most photographers’ bucket lists sits Yosemite National Park. Made famous by Ansel Adams, Yosemite is one of the most picturesque places on earth. There is no shortage of stunning light in the park and it only takes one search online to see the incredible images possible here.
Our workshop will explore and search out the light of Yosemite. We will also create a bit of our own with some light painting magic.
Join Randy & Rob for an unforgettable journey to Yosemite and leave there with some of the most breathtaking images you have ever taken.
You will learn a variety of techniques—both in the field and in the classroom—that will allow you to advance both your technical skills and artistic vision. We focus on a number of professional field techniques to help you create dramatic and powerful nature images, including:
- Working with dramatic light, including sunrise and sunset
- The fundamentals of powerful compositions
- Abstract techniques for creating artistic photographs
We’ll also teach you a number of professional “digital darkroom” secrets as well. Our hands-on intensive seminars—held during the middle of the day when the light is not conducive for photography—will teach you the fundamentals of image processing, and allow you to master important techniques including:
- Working with Adobe Lightroom
- Layer masking and image blending techniques
- Creating HDR Photographs
- Working with Photoshop and other photographic software
- Special effects techniques used for artistic expression
This is a workshop you won’t want to miss, so sign-up today!
